1. Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe only. Orders placed outside Europe will not be processed.

2. How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes 5 to 15 days, depending on your location and local postal services.

3. How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
You can track it on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number.

4. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

5. How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at axxessorio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive instructions for returning your item.

6. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at axxessorio@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, place a new order after returning the original item.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make an adjustment.

10. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, check your tracking link.
If there is no update, contact our support team for assistance.

But if you happen not to recieve an answer within this period of time, don't worry we have not forgotten about you. It means our inbox is full for the moment and you will recieve ypur answer shortly.
